SPARSHIKA PRE-LAUNCH TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Acceptance of Terms By joining the Sparshika early-access waitlist, you agree to these Terms and Conditions provided by Soni Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("STS", "We", "Us").
2. The 15% Early Access Discount The 15% discount is a promotional offer valid only for the first year of an annual enterprise subscription to Sparshika. Joining the waitlist does not obligate you to purchase the software, nor does it guarantee final deployment. The discount is non-transferable and applies to the final official pricing announced at launch.
3. Data Collection and Privacy We respect your privacy. By submitting your business email, you consent to STS contacting you regarding Sparshika updates, launch timelines, and technical onboarding. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your email address to third-party data brokers. Your data is stored securely in compliance with standard data protection protocols.
4. Limitation of Liability (The "Hardware Protection" Clause) Sparshika is an advanced predictive telemetry and monitoring dashboard. It is not an active hardware cooling mechanism, HVAC controller, or fire-suppression system. Soni Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. assumes zero liability for any hardware damage, thermal throttling, server failure, data loss, or business interruption that occurs within your data center. You acknowledge that Sparshika is a reporting tool, and all physical hardware management remains the sole responsibility of your internal IT and reliability teams.
5. Intellectual Property The Sparshika name, 3D interface, underlying predictive algorithms, and the STS brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Soni Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Reverse engineering or scraping the 3D waitlist experience is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this pre-launch agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
